Read more, but do not oppress yourself, have some grace for yourself, and recognise that God had grace to forgive you,
so do not get overwhelmed and give up.
Nehemiah,8 : 10 for the joy of the LOrd is your strength,
If the joy in you is gone, you can get it back….

Have grace for yourself, as you should have with others,
do not crush your self with higher expectations than what God has for you.
