What is the best way to stop jealousy?
Someone eles is jealousy of me.
You can’t control other people’s jealousy (or anything else for that matter). The best way is to simply ignore it. Ignore any hateful comments or anything else from the person who is jealous.
I had a co-worker like that, she used to jab at me all day long about my clothes or weight or whatever because she couldn’t keep a boyfriend and I was getting married. I just learned to stop even acknowledging her comments. Now she’s left the company! Yay!

I hate being so jealous………..?
I’ve always been an extremely jealous girl when it comes to being in a relationship. I hate the way jealousy makes me feel and it always tends to ruin everything.
I can’t stop having bad thoughts, I’m continuously thinking that the guy I’m with is either a liar or a cheat. I’ve been this way with all of my boyfriends and it’s hurting me very much.
I’m a very insecure person and when I feel jealous my mind just goes crazy. I even have had nightmares about this.
I’ve tried to take control of this problem but I just feels like it’s a losing battle.
I was wondering if maybe someone else felt this way and was able to fix it somehow, if so please give me some advice. I don’t want jealousy to take over my life.
you sound like a women to me there all like that. but if you dont put your trust in the guy your with and you think hes going to lie about everything then is it really worth being in a relationship if theres no trust? but its your life and you only get one. so you decide is it better to be sad and alone or try trusting the man your with. and whats the worst that could happen you end up alone. but you would have been alone any ways if you never trusted him

Is my sister jealous of me or has low self-esteem?
shes younger than me, but she acts mature. Shes always trying to hint at things i do and pick on it through conversation, but she doesn’t say it direct. everything thats personal to me, i like she picks on it, i dont pick on her stuff, what she likes. And shes always boasting, about how she teased boys or who asked for her number, or who said how beautiful she was. Shes always competing for no reason with me, she goes out of her way to try to make people feel ignorant, and she always has to be right just about no matter what! if you disagree with her its an instant arguement, you can’t have an opinion. I dont understand why she has something to prove to the world, does she not feel shes good enough on her own, like do people have to tell her shes pretty to think she good looking? And she acts like she above everyone in the family. Im just wondering, why she has to try and diss or pick on me .its not direct but i get the hints. Does she have to be pompus all the time? she gets peoples fone numbers and then says they are bothering her, weird! please help me out thx!!
Hmm, well sounds to me that scince your the older sis.

But I have a little broter myself. He is so annoying. Hes younger than
me.And sometimes feels like hes older than me.

How Can I stop being jealous?
I am very jealous over my cousin and my friends sometimes how do I stop and just be fine with who i am cause it does ruin your life.

Know how you feel! Just remember that you’re just as good as them.
Question why you’re feeling the way you are and then maybe talk to them about it, even make a joke out of the whole thing.
Everyone gets jealous, someone might be jealous of you!

How do I stop jealousy? It is tearing me apart inside!?
I have strong feelings for my housemate. I know that she doesn’t care for me in that way. She prefers my other housemate but he will only ever think of her as a friend. How do I overcome this jealousy. I can’t stand the two of them talking together.
You should move out. If you didn’t have to see it everyday, then you would get over it sooner.

Is there a way to cure low self-esteem?
I have been made fun of since elementary. I would think in college less people would refer to me as busted, hideous, fugly, etc. But whatever. I am really beginning to believe I am ugly. Before, I used to think everyone was just jealous of me and I was an overly confident ugly girl. How can I stop believing ugly so it does not ruin my self-esteem? BUT THE TRUTH MUST BE i AM.
Its hard I know.logically it can all be argued its the emotions you have to manage.I would suggest be more intellectual use reason more than emotion and focus 1005 on your career.If you act according to just your own wisdom your appreciation of yourself increases and you feel better.So always keep your promises to yourself.And make the most of what you do have.

my boyfriend gets really jealous when im out with friends without him.what can i do to make his jealousy stop?
we’ve been together for almost 2 years now and i love him very much its just sometimes his jealousy gets out of hand. i know a lot of guys get jealous with things like that but he doesn’t just get jealous it ends up getting us into a fight.
He tells me he rather me not tell him when i go out with my girlfriends but i don’t want to lie to him. does anyone have any advice on what i should do about this?
i am the exact same way.. like i was with my girlfriend for 2 years to and that was always a huge problem.. theres nothing you can do.. except not do that and make a rule so he cant either he will love that

How to stop being jealous of attractive people?
Being jealous and bitter does not work for me. I just feel worst. Taking care of myself makes me even madder because i still will always be average. There is no natural way to enhance your beauty. It looks like I am stuck. What should I do now? If people treated you differently they were probably reacting to your own low self esteem.

Look around you. There’s girls and guys your age who are in wheelchairs for the rest of their lives. Or dying of cancer or something. Be thankful for your health, your eyesight and hearing and being able to walk, and think!
There is always someone richer, and poorer then your. Or uglier, or cuter. Or smarter, or handicapped mentally. Count your blessings.
