How do I stop jealousy? It is tearing me apart inside!?
I have strong feelings for my housemate. I know that she doesn’t care for me in that way. She prefers my other housemate but he will only ever think of her as a friend. How do I overcome this jealousy. I can’t stand the two of them talking together.
You should move out. If you didn’t have to see it everyday, then you would get over it sooner.

How can I stop feeling so insanely jealous?
I’m especially jealous of the friendship between the guy friend of mine I kinda ‘like’ and this other girl who is really intelligent and older than us (he likes older girls, apparently). I want to be satisfied that I’m his friend and not long to be something more.
It can be really hard to quell a crush on a guy you really like, especially if you are around him alot. I dont think you should count yourself out yet, but if you feel like you’ll never get with him, you should find a new muse

branch out and get to know other people- it’ll feel good to have a lot more friends. be more independent, outgoing, and get to know your other classmates. you don’t want your best friend to be the only person you really hang out with , do you?

jealous, how do I stop feeling this way?
How do I stop feeling jealous? My roommate and my significant other recently, drunkenly made out, it’s the second time. I was very forgiving the first time, but now, I want nothing to do with my roommate, but they are good friends. I know they were drunk and they aren’t interested in each other and my significant other has apologized profusely, but our roommate feels it’s not her problem. Even if she did apologize, I don’t know if it would make me feel better about them hanging out… but I know I need to move on because they are good friends.
My significant other has already agreed to not drink with her. I just feel super disrespected.
Oh no….well I woudnt eazily forgive that even if she claimed she was drunk…thats un-acceptable dude…ask her how she would like it if you hooked up with some1 while you were drunk…:)
If you really love her tho I can understand that you’d forgive her, but if she does it the third time, then I mean its up to u, but i woudnt forgive her….and its tottaly normal for you to feel jelouse..i would too…Id defenetly keep an eye on them two, i guess i woudnt want to break their friendship if tey are good friends but maybe they should stop drinking together? lol

how can i stop feeling so jealous when i see all these happy couples?
i am 16 years old and have never had a boyfriend before. i kissed this one guy twice, but only fast "pecks" and turns out he is a real weirdo. yesterday i went to a big fair with my gramma. i saw all the happy couples there – holding hands, hugging/kissing each other. i am happy for them-don’t get me wrong , but i just feel jealous because i’ve never had that and i wish i do. how can i stop feeling like this?
You’re just seeing the good in relationships. There’s a lot of bad stuff that goes on in a relationship that you don’t see. They’re extremely stressful and sometimes even bothersome.
Being single is actually pretty awesome, enjoy it.

I know what you mean i feel exactly the same but only because he recently cheated on me before that it was fine but now i can’t stand it i think you just have to deal with it as best as you can and try and remember that he can’t do much from the end of the phone and it is you he comes home to.

my girlfriend was commenting other guys on myspace saying that they’re hot and it seemed to me like she was flirting. so i broke up with her even though she said she doesn’t like those guys. i guess i just got jealous because she was paying too much attention to them haha.

You have a right to. She’s your girlfriend.. and she’s commenting on how hot other guys are? What you assumed was a good one; yes she is flirting. It was the right thing to break up with her. She would have probably cheated on you anyways. She’s obviously not looking for commitment.

How to stop feeling like a jealous byotch?
There’s this boy who I really have a big ol’ crush on.
But he has a girlfriend now..and they’ve been dating since like october.
and I cannot seem to get over it.
And every time I see them together or hear about them, I feel really jealous and mean.
and it’s a horrible way to feel.

im going through the same thing rite now.i think mean horrible things about her like how shes probably really snobby and stupid when in reality shes really Beautiful and shes prolly really nice too.
i think the best thing to do which i am trying to do myself right now is to go tou and meet more guys. i cannot ever get over a guy unless i start to meet new guys and find another guy to crush on =P
