I’m so jealous of everyone! and everything! i see people with smiles on their faces, or with lots of friends, or nice bodies…
i just can’t help not feeling jealous.
it is absolutely horrible. It makes me feel like i have a bad life and bad friends.

you need to love yourself
you need to find new friends! (expecially if they are putting you down or dont like them or there personality… ) find someone who is really pretty and likes you and thinks you are pretty… and most importantly (will stick up for you and people like her/him) if someone tells you arent beautiful…they are making themselves look good…and are insecure about themselves…try sticking up for yourself! if they insult you…insult them back using insults from the internet…haha your in highschool im guesing?
if you are shy… show people you can go up and talk to them…i think you should try to be funny… make fun of the teachers… and be a class clown… we all love a class clown… no matter if you are disruptive or not…because people will notice you…
it depends how old you are but try to wear makeup(im not in anyway saying you are ugly) what i mean is…if people dont notice you and or you wanna be noticed as pretty… change your hair(striaghten it if its wavy), clothes, work out and exercise and eat heathy if you feel you are fat… and makeup(worked for me)
the days you feel depressed…wear makeup…like mascara, eyeliner, etc…
people will be like "whoa.. you look really pretty today." and if you want people to have that reaction, wear it once in a while… so they will never be used to it! also never stop changing youself till your satisfied!
highschool or middle school is a short time in your life (im a senior in highschool) the kids who are "cool" those pretty girls… will end up looking like the mom in mean girls(ewww) and the guys will end up fat and lazy… and the nerds will be the celebs and interesting beutiful people! its all about growing up!
if you take me advice and people notice your changes… and say why have you changed…"say dont worry about it…"
