How can I stop being so mean and angry towards my boyfriend?
It seems like every little thing he does, i get mad or upset about it and I know when I do it, and I know it’s wrong but I can’t seem to chill.
Any suggestions on how to stop jealousy or go with the flow?

you don’t trust him.
And no relationship is complete without trust.

just think that the reason that he is not with them is because he is with you, and that should be good. also if you tend to snap at him. cool down and tell him that you are sorry.

Self control. Stop yourself from yelling at him.

Spare him with your emotional anger and let him go. If it were meant to be you will be back together. Or clean out your emotional closet and try things anew!

Well, if you have anger problems, then you need to learn how to manage them and not blow up at him. When you get angry at him, is it always just him, or is something else bothering you from something else, and he’s the closest person to let it all out on? If so you need to try to manage your anger by figuring out what triggers your anger and doing what you can to calm down, and not bottling up your anger getting ready to burst. Try slow deep breathes to help you calm down, it gets oxygen to your brain and makes you think before you do something you will regret. Hope this helps!

wow. email me! LOL.
i have the same problem! it’s really wierd i know, my bf will do the slighest thing and i will snap at him, then i feel really guilty later. I think that i do it, just because i know i can i feel that i can release any anger i have in my life onto him, because i know that he is the closest person to me. I sometimes just have to tell myself, before i snap. Think about what i’m about to do, calm down and tell him nicely without having to snap at him, and then their will be no arguments or whatever.
However the jealousy, i so totally agree, my bf got a new phone and it’s better than mine, i actually got jealous over that, and if i ever see him talking to a girl on bebo, then i will get jealous and saying stuff like "Oooh, you think she’ fit don’t you" i have no idea why it happens, like i said before i think it’s just because i know he’s the only person i can release my anger onto his him.
but yeah seriously, we have a lot of relationship problems in common
do you have bebo or msn? LOL.

Are you like this with other people, or only him? You may need to see a doctor. I was in a relationship like this, and I got so tired of his negativity towards me that I fell out of love and ended the relationship – which crushed him. He knew the anger and irritation sucked a lot out of me, but couldn’t seem to stop it. He eventually saw a doctor, was prescribed antidepressants, and seems to be a much happier person now…but it’s too late for us.

talk to him instead of just getting frustrated.
