ok, im young teen boy and i get jealous of nearly everything. I get sweaty
1. New Stuff anyone gets
2. someone who is greater than me
And etc.
How can i get rid of it?
It started when i was 12. Because someone made me jealous than i started comparing everything with me till now. Everyone is starting to hate me for this stupid feeling. PLEASE HELP ME
