How do I stop jealousy? It is tearing me apart inside!?
I have strong feelings for my housemate. I know that she doesn’t care for me in that way. She prefers my other housemate but he will only ever think of her as a friend. How do I overcome this jealousy. I can’t stand the two of them talking together.
You should move out. If you didn’t have to see it everyday, then you would get over it sooner.

Just got another pup…how to stop jealousy?
We just adopted the sweetest 6 month old pittie cross puppy. My older dog, Ginger (about a year old) has started being extremely affectionate and barges her way in front of the Puppy whenever we try to pet her, or when she tries to snuggle with us. Is this behavior that needs to be corrected, or will she realize that we aren’t going to forget about her on her own?
There hasn’t been a change in how much we play with, talk to, pet, hug or kiss Ginger. We give them both equal attention.
Give them both hugs and cuddles at the SAME time. Its not too hard with two.. I have 3 and its a little more difficult , I need an extra arm . But we do a group hug and it works out fine. 
PS. it is normal for the older dog to feel jealous too for a little while, as there is a pecking order it will be sorter out by them eventually.

How do I stop? Jealousy Issues…?
I’m 12 and there is a girl I really like. Like really like. I would say love but people don’t think I can hold commitment. I would do just about anything for her and how do I get her to notice that I would do anything? I’m with her every class of school. Please don’t say you’re too young and whatever because inside I’m not. Also whenever I see her with another guy I get immensely jealous. She seems to have a glow to her and I usually only notice that there is a guy. It doesn’t matter which guy. How can I stop the jealousy and show her I’d do anything for her? Just to give more info, I have her cell number and we live pretty close together if that matters. Thanks in advance.
Hah! You have her cell number and you live pretty close together and you two are classmates in every class? You have all the chances to get her to notice you. Text her, or ask her to walk her home since it’s only same way. Or like for every exams or projects in your class, ask her how was it or before exams, give her encouragement. You can also compliment her like hey, you look awesome today or I like your hair. About jealousy issue, tell and remind yourself always that you don’t have any right to feel jealous whenever you see her with other guys because she’s not your girlfriend. If you are jealous, make a move to go and talk to her like any other guys.

How can I stop jealousy and the past from affecting my love life?

Well I don’t really know where to start… I just started high school, and there is a girl in my class that I like. She is not one of those "popular" girls. On Friday I saw her hand in hand with this other bloke from school, and I got really upset, even though I don’t know if she likes me or ever did. There were signs that she did, but she seemed to flirt with another boy so I backed off. I used to date one of my previous classmates. We didn’t go out for long, but I liked her on and off for two years. That might have been the reason why I didn’t do anything this time. There are not many girls that I like, but when I do, I rally like them. It hurts me when they flirt with other, it really hurt, and I don’t what to feel this way, but I can’t help the way I feel. It HURTS so badly, and I don’t know what to do. I am really shy, and don’t like to go out a lot either. What can I do to stop these feelings of jealousy and the past that keeps me from having a lovelife?
I am actually the same dude especially if the girl is really amazing. It hurts even more so when she is taken. Don’t attempt to ask another girl out to make her jealous though because that does not work.
What you want to do is just become friends with her, compliment her a lot. Maybe she actually likes you too.

how should I stop jealousy? It’s really stupid!?
I don’t know how to stop my mind from not thinking negetive and being jealous and just enjoy my relationship!
I’m in a two month relationship….and it goes okay….not that perfect I dream about….but it’s fine….now that I look back, all my relationships were the same….so, this is me who has to rethink about her behaviour….
I’m 35 and I really don’t want to stay single anymore….most of my relationship got destroyed over my jealousy….I even get jealous over my boy friend’s guy friends….now….my boyfriend has all girl friends which bothers me more….but I do have fate on him and I’m sure he doesn’t cheat over me….I know he likes me….but still I feel insecure to give all my heart to him….I don’t know what to do….
I simply stop loving him and trying to find away to dump him and break up with him because I’m afraid to get hurt if he goes with somebody else….I can’t stop thinking negetive like this at all…..please help me….

I should add that I’m so happy to do stuff by myself….like dancing, hiking, painting…I never really board of being alone! and I have lots of good friends around me….
but still I feel jealous….I try to work on it though!
I know he chose me over lots of girls….and made them all so jealous at me! and that makes me feel so good…
how to stop jealousy-
it’s all about how you carry yourself. people usually say that you need to think of all the things that you have and they don’t… it only brings more negative thoughts. you need to have a good disposition in order to interact well with others without being jealous, because if you don’t, you may feel shallow. carrying yourself well is the key to having a higher level of self-esteem, and you will gradually lose those feelings.

how to stop jealousy in my marriage?? Serious answers only?
I just got married 7 months ago to a very good looking (HOT) guy, which i know looks are not everything, he’s everything a girl could ask for, just the perfect man. Any way, I am very jealous because other girls flirt with him all the time and come up to me telling my husband is hot, and they’s "DO" him, whatever. I know he would never cheat on me (well i try to think he would never cheat). When he gets drunk he becomes very friendly, and when im not out with him im affraid something more will happen. How can I stop my jealousy before it stops our marriage. ANy web sites or any advice.
ok well i had the same situation. just let him know how you feel when other girls are talking about him and make yourself known and that he is yours to them other girls and to him. When he gets friendly with them when he has been drinking let him know. The more you tell him that it bothers you the better it will sink in. it takes men a while to catch on. lol anyways if hes flirting then jump in there and start talking and once again make yourself known to him and the other girl and trust me it wont go on for much longer. the girl will walk away and your man will go back to you.
